*New for 2025! There are 2 different levels for exhibitors this year - regular ($900) and premier ($1200). Premier booth are in higher visibility locations. Check out the diagram below to see the booths that are available at each level.
Booths for exhibitors are selected on a first come, first served basis. Step 3 of the registration process will allow you to select a booth at the registration type level you select.

Booths at both levels include:

8' x 8' pipe and drape exhibit booth space

6' table for materials (linen available if needed) and 2 chairs

Meals for 2 people each day

An exhibitor profile in the event app and attendee website where exhibitors can add photos, descriptions, documents, links and more for both in person and virtual attendees to access

1 Lead Capture License that can be used to collect contact information from in person attendees
